With the holidays rapidly approaching, I am always trying to come up with quick, easy, and delicious recipes that can be served at a party or brought as a dish to pass. Coming up with these recipes is half of the fun, while sharing them with friends and family is the other half of the fun. I came up with this tasty stuffed cheesy garlic bread and knew all my friends and family would love it. I always head to Walmart to pick up my recipe ingredients because they have the lowest prices and it’s just convenient.
I love their selection of Kraft Natural Cheeses, and decided to use the triple cheddar for this recipe.
After grabbing the Kraft Cheese and the rest of the ingredients, I headed home to get crackin’ on this bread.
First you want to cut the bread up into X shapes, but be careful not to cut all the way through the bread. Then you want to melt your butter and mix the other ingredients into the same bowl. After spreading the butter mixture throughout the cracks, you are going to stuff all the cracks with delicious cheese. You will want to assemble this on top of a huge sheet of aluminum foil (big enough to wrap the bread with), because it’s really hard to move it once it’s stuffed. After adding all the cheese you wrap it up in the foil, making sure that it’s all sealed up, and pop it in the oven for 15 minutes. Then you unwrap it and let it cook a few more minutes until all the cheese has turned ooey-gooey and delicious!
So cheesy and delicious!
Now, onto how I budget for a holiday party. I always calculate the amount I want to budget based on the food, drinks, décor, and invitations. Then I be sure to shop places I know will have the lowest prices, such as Walmart. I also always try to come up with a signature cocktail, instead of purchasing several different drinks, because it saves money and time. There are great cocktail recipes on Pinterest. I wanted to share my budget spreadsheet with y’all, so I am offering it as a FREE printable right now! Just click the link below and print! It will be an 8×10 and you can use it to budget your next holiday party!
