Over at our house, we love popcorn! I love taking out our popcorn maker and popping up a batch of fresh popcorn for movie nights! Since getting it a couple years ago, I just can’t eat microwave popcorn because the taste is so much different. Another thing we love, well, I should say another thing my husband loves is hot sauce! I am always trying to think up ways to try new hot sauces and incorporate their flavors into our meals. My husband is a big fan of El Yucateco Hot Sauce, and actually inspired me to come up with this spicy and sweet kettle corn recipe. I love the sweet taste of kettle corn, and he loves the hot spice of hot sauce, so I thought mixing the 2 would prove delicious…and I was right!
This recipe is so easy, too, and only takes a few minutes to whip up. If you don’t have a popcorn popper, you can use a pot over the stovetop just as easily! See below for the full/printable recipe!
