Between working part time out of the home, working part time from my house, taking care of a baby and 4 year old, and trying to keep up with things at home, there is very little time for anything else, including lunch. I am always looking for fast and tasty lunch options, but usually come up short. Sometimes I settle for a PB&J or a salad, but I am still left unsatisfied. When I found Campbell’s Slow Kettle Soups, I has found the perfect lunch!
Looking around the store one day, I found Campbell’s Slow Kettle Soups right by the other soups.
They looked delicious and fresh in their containers and I was intrigued by their flavors. I picked up three different flavors; Kickin’ Crab & Sweet Corn Chowder, Tomato & Sweet Basil Bisque, and New England Clam Chowder with Thyme.
I love the idea behind these soups because while they are best cooked in a pot over the stove, I can also throw them into my purse and cook them when I am at work in the microwave. I love pairing them with an end of bread and dipping it in the soup; that’s my favorite.
When I am working from home, I tend to eat lunch a little early, like around 11am, because I am usually up early with the baby. It’s so simple for me to pour this soup into a small soup pot, and cook over medium heat for a few minutes. Then I bring it to my ‘desk’ and eat while I work.
I really want to try a couple of the other flavors; especially the Creamy Broccoli Cheddar Bisque and the Portobella Mushroom and Madeira Bisque. I love that they have several vegetarian options as well.
Now, Campbell’s is offering 75 cents off their Slow Kettle Soups. Click the photo below to get your coupon now!
